What to Expect
I am beyond excited to meet you and guide you through your transformation journey at Citrine Beauty Lounge. I know stepping into a new salon can feel a bit nerve-wracking, but I’m here to make sure you feel at ease and pampered every step of the way. Here’s a little preview of what’s to come, so your first visit is as smooth and comfortable as possible.
Your experience starts the moment you request an appointment. Once you fill out your New Client Questionnaire and book your spot, I’ll review everything and personally reach out within 24-48 hours (Mon-Fri). I’ll ask any questions I might have to make sure we’re aligned and ready to work some magic.
Pre-Visit: The Journey Begins
You’ll also get a confirmation email and text 48 hours before your appointment, with an option to confirm or reschedule. A friendly reminder will pop up 24 hours and 1 hour before your appointment. When you arrive at the salon, please note we don’t have a front desk receptionist, so I or one of my talented stylists will be there to greet you and get you settled in.
The Consultation: Let’s Make It Perfect
Every great glow-up begins with a conversation. During your consultation, we’ll chat about your hair goals, any challenges you’ve been facing, and what your ideal look looks like. I’ll ask questions and listen closely to make sure I fully understand your vision. Your color, cut, and style will be uniquely tailored to you — your lifestyle, preferences, and your hair's needs.
To make your time with us even more luxurious, I’ll offer you a selection of complimentary treats and drinks to keep you feeling fabulous and hydrated. Wi-Fi and iPhone chargers are available for you to use while you relax or catch up on work. Most first-time appointments last about 3-5 hours, so you’re welcome to bring your laptop, dive into a book, or just enjoy the quiet. And if you’d prefer to relax in peaceful silence, that’s perfectly fine too — it’s all about what makes you feel comfortable.
Before your appointment, I recommend checking out my Instagram or Pinterest for inspiration. Pick a couple of styles/colors you love (and even a couple you don’t) so I can truly capture your vision.
Preparing for Your Glow-Up Appointment
A picture is worth a thousand words, Queen. Let’s make sure we’re on the same page before your first visit.
Gather Inspiration
Before your appointment, take a moment to browse Pinterest or my Instagram for inspiration photos. Pick 1-2 styles or colors that make you feel like your best self. And feel free to also share 1-2 styles or colors that don’t resonate with you — this helps me fully understand your vibe and vision.
Dress for Comfort + Relaxation
I’m all about keeping your experience luxe and relaxing. I’m not a “wham, bam, thank you ma’am” stylist — I’m here to take my time and focus on keeping your hair as healthy as possible, which sometimes means your first appointment might take a little longer. My only request is no turtlenecks and, the simpler your top, the better — this way you can fully relax and enjoy your time in the chair.
Come as You Are
How do you typically style your hair, Queen? Whether you air-dry, curl, or blow-dry, please come as you normally do (ideally with no more than 3-day-old hair). This helps me see your natural texture and how you wear your hair day-to-day so I can tailor your color placement or give you styling/product tips that work for you.

Your First Visit
We can’t wait to welcome you into the Citrine Beauty Lounge experience. Here’s everything you need to know to make your first visit feel seamless, stress-free, and totally luxurious

1. Parking Made Easy
There’s plenty of parking right in front of the building. Citrine Beauty Lounge is located inside of MY SALON SUITES, Suite 100, 4854 Sparks Blvd, Sparks, NV 89436 Easy to find and even easier to get to!

2. Arrive a Few Minutes Early
Please plan to arrive at least 3 minutes early to give yourself time to freshen up and find my suite. When you enter the building, my suite is #9 all the way down the hall on the right (You’ll spot it right away, Queen.)

3. Relax While You Wait
If I’m with another guest when you arrive, there’s a comfy lobby where you can sit and relax. I’ll greet you as soon as I’m available — we’ll make sure your experience feels luxurious from start to finish.
The After: Keep That Glow Going
After your appointment, I recommend waiting 24-72 hours before washing your hair. This allows the color to fully settle and the hair cuticle to relax. Don’t worry, we’ll keep in touch via social media, and I’m always available to answer any questions you might have post-appointment.
